There is an opportunity to sequester carbon within mass timber through the process of photosynthesis when it is sourced from forests that practice proper forest management. Our relentless pursuit of carbon neutrality demonstrates our unwavering commitment to building a sustainable future, significantly mitigating the embodied carbon impact of our developments.
The Neutral Standard prioritizes the reduction of operational carbon emissions by employing a range of strategies. These strategies include; employing passive house design strategies, utilizing energy-efficient appliances, designing a more efficient envelope, and implementing smart home technology to monitor and optimize energy usage. By significantly reducing a building's energy consumption, we effectively mitigate the carbon emissions associated with its operation, advancing our commitment to sustainability.
